Philosophy & Approach
As educators and clinicians we are passionate about providing you with accurate, evidence-based, up-to-date information along your journey. We don’t want you to stand on your head, or avoid things that you don’t need to avoid (coffee!).
We want to help you make informed decisions that will help you along your journey to parenthood, and not waste your time or money. Ultimately, our goal is to optimize your fertility and give you the best chance possible!
Why Us?
we’ve been there, we get it
This is what fuels us to provide the best possible care.

I would never tell you to avoid certain foods, just because it might help. I know that struggling to conceive is hard enough. That’s why I believe in providing evidence-based care that is individualized to you and your needs.
As a professor, I am passionate about education. I believe in empowering my students and patients with accurate information.
I have been invited to speak to my colleagues on topics related to to infertility at the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and the Institute of Women’s Health and Integrative Medicine.
I previously held volunteer role as an advisory council member for Fertility Matters Canada. I was the chair of Canadian Infertility Awareness Week from 2017 -2019.

The fertility challenges you’re facing are tough. They can become all-encompassing and overwhelming. They can make you feel like you’ve lost yourself.
I would like to help you take some of that feeling of control back, to feel like you are doing things that will help your fertility and your overall wellbeing.
I believe that making recommendations that are supported by evidence will help empower you.
Outside of my practice days, I’m an adjunct faculty member at CCNM. I love being involved at an academic institution because I’m constantly learning, and in turn I can use what I learn to help teach and empower both my students and my patients.
I have been teaching at CCNM since 2006 and am proud to have taught over 1000 NDs.
