Trying to get (or stay) pregnant can be one of the toughest things you’ve ever been through.  We are here to support you along the journey. We pride ourselves on giving you practical, real advice.  

We won’t tell you to stand on your head, avoid all the foods, and stop drinking coffee.  

We will give you practical advice that has been proven to help.  

We focus on do-able diet and lifestyle strategies, appropriate supplements, and stress management support, all individualized to you.

We provide regular acupuncture treatments and pre- and post-embryo transfer services on-site at Hannam Fertility Centre.

We want to get to know YOU, where you’re at, what you’ve tried, and what support you need. With that, together we’ll build a plan to help you improve your chances naturally.

Whenever it may be helpful to you, we refer to a network of providers in Toronto that have a special interest in fertility care.

What’s Involved?

You will get one-on-one care and support to optimize your health and fertility.  

We will go over your fertility and overall health history (please bring in any related blood work and investigations), then we’ll build a plan tailored to you and your situation, focused on diet and lifestyle, supplements as needed, and stress/emotional support. Acupuncture too!

We are also here to help you actually implement the plan, because sometimes that’s the hardest thing to do!

Ongoing care helps ensure that your wellness is being taken care and the plan is up-to-date throughout any ups and downs of your fertility journey.

We also know the immense stress and roller coaster of emotions that comes with fertility challenges. We know it can put new pressures on the relationships around you. One of the main reasons people end fertility treatments prematurely is because of the stress of it all. We want to help you handle it all, so that you can feel a bit more like yourself.
